Driving tests and lessons costs?

Today i had a football tournament, it went well, and this guy who is the coach of this college's football team said when im 16, i should come to his college and he'll give me a scholarship, and i can play for the college and seens as theres england scouts at alot of the games, ill most probably end up egtting trails for england, thats besides the point;D he said that they train every day at his college pitches but i live a while away so id need a car to get there as my mum and dad dont drive.Anyway, what is the average cost for driving lessons/tests? im from england if that helps. I just want to know how much so i can start saving, im almost 14 so i may aswell start now:) TIA!:D
