Did Mark Zuckerberg really screw over Eduardo Saverin like in The Social Network?

I know the movie is only partially true, but has Mark said anything about this? I mean that was a GIANT part of the movie and it was supposed to be based on mostly truth. Mark even said himself that the main difference between the movie and what actually happened was that he didn't create Facebook to try and win back a girl (right).
