Is it nromal for a girl going into 7th grade, barely turning 13, to have a 34/36D.?

Im short (5'2/5'3) and i waigh 107.4.... I'm only 12 really... :/ but almost 13. Big breast doent run in my family, on me and my Tia have big breasts... I hate my boobs and i hate that i have big ones.! guys talk about them and girls spread rumors that i stuff. Alot of the times guys i dont know tell me they 'like' me and i kno why.! it sucks.! I know i asked this before buht i found out i had the wrong size... so is it normal for me to have a 34/36 B at my age and weight.?
