With Mexico being so big and having so many people why have they never produced any legitimate NBA players?

I'm just saying with all the damn people they have when Eduardo Najera is the best you have to represent you damn. That's a shame. Do they all really just run around chasing a little black and white ball they can't touch with their hands still? LOSERS!!!!
