I haven't been enrolled in the Mumbai Unviersity till now.?

My college misplaced my FY form along with my HSC mark sheet and LC and so they haven't enrolled me in the Mumbai University. But I gave my First year exam and even got my result and I passes with 70%. They now are telling me that they shouldn't have allowed me for the fy exam. The say I have to pay for the Duplicate HSC mark sheet. I dont know what to do. Somebody plz help me out !!!
