I lost intermediate and high school mark sheet of u.p.board. I am not understanding that how to get markshe?

I lost both mark sheet. Now days i am living other city. My high school and intermediate collage is not same collage. i do not have lot of time. i want to save time and money. Plz give me better idea. I am wating for your answer.
