Did Eduardo Saverin really get screwed out of the Facebook company like in "The Social Network"?

I was watching the social network and I heard that this movie isn't true to the actual story, and I think it's pretty crappy how Eduardo gets screwed out of the company in the movie, and I'm wondering, did he actually get screwed out like this in real life?
