Have to make a Crime and Punishment Poster?

So basically, for school we have to make a crime and punishment poster on an A3 sheet. One half has to be a drawing of the crime, with a description. The other half has to be some writing about a punishment, but mainly it's how you rehabilitate. For example, an old lady gets shot, the guys go to prison, and the lady visits them every once in a while. But I'm not allowed to use that. So, any ideas? Oh and I have to get it done FAST so if you could think of an idea quickly that would be great. :)
