How do i know if someone likes me?

Okay there's this boy named Eduardo or Eddy for short and he stares at me allot. Allot of people told me that he likes me Even his friends and its getting annoying. So i asked him if he does and he said no. he kept on denying it. how do i know if he does. its confusing me. someone help me plz. plz. plz. he talks to me, he pokes me, he laughs at my jokes that r stupid, and more. plz some one answer me.
