Why doesn't my AC cool to the set point?

Maybe theres a vent blowing on the thermostat so its colder around the thermostat then it is in the rest of the house. If its not that, maybe the thermostat is bad. The thing about the valley and everything doesn't make any sense to me. I think hes just pulling a fast one.
