Coming to London due to Work commitments . Need advice?

London is probably the most diverse place in the UK ethnically. Being Indian will make no difference as there everywhere you will not stick out at all. As for good areas Kensington, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, St John's Wood and Chelsea are all good. Public transport is excellent and everyone uses it no matter what they do for a living (the very poor to the super rich) as its the fastest way to get around.
