How do i start a bakery business?

I've always wanted to start a bakery...but I definitely dont have the funds to do it. I know there are some government programs to get small businesses going.... But I have no clue how to go about finding out about them. Also, anyone have any good tips on building a customer base and generally just starting a bakery? TIA
