How to speed up hair growth? Any tips?

Massaging your scalp and washing regularly. And fyi DO NOT trim every month cause since your hair grows a half inch every month, you would be trimming that away each time preventing any visible growth. It would be healthy but not long, instead do it every three months. I've been growing my hair out. Its going great
