2 month old milestones, smiles Ect ?

I have a 10 week old daughter but she was born three weeks early. She's really alert and has a ton of eye contact, she follows objects Ect. She smiles a little, but not alot. I'm kind of concerned because there was some stress with her delivery. Plus she still "fists" her hands, idk if that's normal also the Pedi pointed it out and she said it was okay for now.
