Im 36 and half weeks pregnant what are these signs? (need answers!)?

So I'm 36 wks + 3days pregnant with my first. I'm having consistent period pains in the bottom of my back I feel like I constantly need to wee and feel really sick. Everytime I go to the toilet my underwear is slightly wet, not enough to of wet myself just a treacle. Could this be my waters leaking? I'm confused and really worried as its still slightly early, what does it sound like to you? TIA
